Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To manage or cancel:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone
  • Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
  • Select Sentivo and choose your plan or cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until then.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for Apple-billed purchases.

Common questions

My voice note didn’t transcribe.Open the capture, tap Retry. If it still fails, email us with the date and time of the capture and we’ll dig into the logs.

The AI got a contact field wrong. Edit the field directly in the contact view — your edit always wins. If a specific type of mistake is happening repeatedly, send us an example so we can improve the extraction prompt.

I lost my data after reinstalling. Sentivo syncs to your account in the cloud. Sign in with the same provider (Apple, Google, or email) you used originally. If contacts are still missing, email us — we keep server-side data for the lifetime of the account.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account in the app, or email us. Your data is purged within 30 days.

Connecting an AI assistant (MCP)

How do I connect Claude.ai (web) to Sentivo? In Claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste https://app.getsentivo.com/api/mcp, click Connect, then approve the consent screen that opens in Sentivo. You don’t need to generate an API key — Claude.ai uses OAuth.

How do I connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code? Open Settings → Integrations → MCP server in Sentivo, generate an API key, and paste the config block into your client’s MCP settings (e.g. claude_desktop_config.json). For Claude Code, run claude mcp add and follow the prompts.

OAuth or API key — which do I use? Claude.ai web only supports OAuth, so use that. Every other MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, custom agents) uses a static API key. Both paths reach the same data; pick whichever matches your tool.

What can the AI actually do with my Sentivo data? With a read-only key or scope: list and search contacts, read AI conversation summaries, see pending follow-up tasks. With read+write: also create new contacts (deduplicated against your existing ones) and mark follow-ups done with a note. It cannot push to HubSpot, draft email, change account settings, or touch any of your other connected integrations — those stay in Sentivo where you approve them.

How do I revoke access?Settings → Integrations → MCP server. Static keys show under “Generated keys”; OAuth-connected apps show under “Connected clients (OAuth)”. Each has a Revoke button — the access stops working immediately.

The connection won’t work in Claude.ai.Make sure you’re pasting https://app.getsentivo.com/api/mcp (with /api/mcp on the end). If you see a sign-in popup that closes without redirecting back to Claude, sign in to app.getsentivo.com in the same browser first, then retry the connector.
